Wyatt, IV, the owner of the Wyatt Law Office, P.C., and this Web site reserves the right, in his sole discretion, to modify these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications.

NOTICE OF CASE COMPARISONS

Please note that results may vary because each case must be decided on its own unique facts and the applicable law. The cases discussed in this web site are only representative samples of cases handled by this firm. You should not infer a probability of success on your case based on the results in the cases discussed here.

NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP INTENDED

The materials on this Web Page are for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY and are NOT and should not be interpreted as legal advice. Transmission of this information is not intended to create, and receipt does not constitute, an attorney-client relationship between the Wyatt Law Office and any reader or recipient. The Wyatt Law Office must observe certain formalities before establishing any new attorney-client relationship and must take all precautions to avoid any conflicts of interest with other present (and sometimes former) clients of the firm. Until those prerequisites have been satisfied by the firm, no communication by letter, telephone, fax, Internet, E-mail or other medium should be considered as privileged or confidential nor should such communication be interpreted as establishing an attorney-client relationship.

E-MAIL WARNING

Internet E-mail is NOT a secure method of communication. Use of e-mail for transmission of confidential, privileged or sensitive information is HIGHLY DISCOURAGED because Internet messages can be intercepted without the knowledge of the sender or receiver. Moreover, the Wyatt Law Office cannot agree to maintain the confidentiality of information received outside the attorney-client relationship; said relationship requires the prior approval of the law firm.

Should you elect to contact us by e-mail, do not give us any confidential information until we have agreed to represent you. Your communications to an attorney who does not represent you are not confidential or privileged, and may be freely disclosed by that attorney under certain circumstances.

JURISDICTIONAL LIMITATIONS OF “PRACTICE”

Unless otherwise indicated, the lawyers of the Wyatt Law Office, P.C., are licensed to practice ONLY in the State of Oklahoma in all state courts and in most federal trial courts in Oklahoma, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. While firm members may be permitted to practice on a case-by-case basis in other federal or state jurisdictions, the lawyers of the Wyatt Law Office are currently licensed to practice only in the jurisdictions identified in each lawyer’s individual biographical pages unless and until fully admitted to practice, or admitted for a limited purpose, in a particular jurisdiction. Nothing contained in this Web site should be construed as a representation of credentials to practice outside of the State of Oklahoma or in specified federal jurisdictions, except as expressly set forth herein.

Nothing contained in this Web site should be interpreted as nor constitute a representation of any attorney as a “specialist” or “expert.” See, Rule 7.4 of the Oklahoma Rules for Professional Conduct, Title 5, Chapter 1, Appendix 3-A of the Oklahoma Statutes.
